Proposed FY 2023 Budget

Included below is information relating to the proposed FY 2023 budget. City Departments and the School Department develop budget proposals, which are then reviewed and adjusted by the Mayor. City Council's Finance Committee reviews this proposal, makes adjustments as it sees fit, and refers the budget to City Council as a whole for adoption. The Westbrook School Department's portion of the City budget requires an additional layer of approval before final adoption - namely, the approval of voters at the June 14, 2022 School Budget Validation Referendum.
