       Welcome to the WESTBROOK DOWNTOWN Facade Improvement Program (WDFIP) information page.  We look forward to helping your business develop an attractive, "refreshed" appearance as we continue to develop the City of Westbrook as a destination community.  

      The DWFIP began in 2018 and has supported more than a dozen downtown businesses with facade improvements.
