ALL VEHICLES WITH REGISTRATIONS INCLUDING TEMPORARY PLATES WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID THROUGH THE STATE OF EMERGENCY.  WHEN THE EMERGENCY IS DECLARED OVER, YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THAT DATE TO REGISTER.
