The Fair Hearing Authority is tasked with hearing the appeal of any person aggrieved by a decision, act, failure to act or delay in action concerning that person's application for General Assistance. See Section 172-3 of the Westbrook Code of Ordinances and 22 M.R.S.A. Section 4322 for more information.
This is a three-member board, with members appointed by the Mayor and approved by City Council.
