Overview
The Westbrook Recreation and Conservation Commission protects and promotes green spaces large and small. Our mission is to connect people to the outdoors, in order to:
- Enhance the cultural and civic well-being of residents
- Increase the public’s awareness of our city’s outstanding natural resources
- Provide recreation for Southern Maine for all ages, at every level
