Plans
Comprehensive Plan
Developing a Comprehensive Plan is a legal obligation and an opportunity. The Plan gives us the opportunity to look at where we have been and where we are going as a community.
Downtown Revitalization Study Update
This update based upon the 1999 study focuses on setting a new vision for downtown Westbrook and on broad initiatives for achieving the vision.
Downtown Streetscape Plan
This document is intended to provide guidance to residents, landowners, business owners and decision makers as to the preferred build-out of the streetscape in the downtown business core.
Downtown Parking Study
The implementation of this parking management plan will be an on-going process. This plan is also intended to be a dynamic plan for the City of Westbrook, which should be evaluated on a regular basis, and updated as needed.
GPCOG-PACTS Transportation Improvement Program
The PACTS Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is the four-year regional spending plan for transportation projects, programs and investments. The TIP includes all federally funded transportation projects in the PACTS region, some of which are prioritized and selected by PACTS and others that are prioritized by the Maine Department of Transportation.
The Portland Area Comprehensive Transportation System (PACTS) is accepting applications for Federal Highway Administration funds for "Complex" projects and for Federal Transit Administration Section 5307 funds for Transit "System Enhancement" Projects.
